How can I keep my existing number?
A number porting request will be lodged so that your existing number is transferred to The Cloud Phone
Do I need any special hardware?
The mobile app works on iPhone and Android and you can seemlessly transfer calls between both
Does this work over 4G?
This will work over any stable internet connection – so 4G and WiFi are both OK
How do I transfer calls?
That’s easy! Using the transfer button on the mobile app, you can initiate a Warm or Cold transfer to anyone in your team
Can we have an answering machine?
Yes! Your voice messages can even be delivered to your Inbox with a text transcript of the message with the original audio as an attachment.
What about receiving fax?
Our system provides you with a Cloud fax service that delivers incoming faxes directly to your inbox
