What is The Cloud Phone? 

The Cloud Phone provides Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phone setups in the cloud. We can significantly reduce phone costs and provide additional functionality, including a smartphone app and ability to connect multiple offices within the same phone system or provide work from home, as our system is completely cloud based. 

Why do we need The Cloud Phone?

Before the NBN rollout, phone lines in Australia were owned and operated by Telstra (with a few exceptions such as Optus). Now that NBN is providing a broadband connection to every office, they are disconnecting the old Telstra phone lines, and giving businesses the ability to select their own phone provider which will run over the internet (via NBN). Telstra are writing to their customers to encourage them to move over to their NBN phone service, and some customers might select this as a ‘default’ option. We would like to give customers a better choice, The Cloud Phone.
