The free porting promotion applies only to your first standard number port on Hosted PBX plans. Additional number ports will be charged at the standard rate.
A standard number port is a Cat A (simple) port of a standard geographic number (starting with 02, 03, 07 or 08). 1300 and 1800 numbers, along with number ranges or other complex (Cat C) number ports are excluded from this promotion.
In the case of a port rejection, due to incorrect details, incorrect port category or disconnected services, the standard port rejection fee will apply.
